One platform replaced the stack: 19 apps, one agent, one shared context.
We designed and built Attain OS — a multi-tenant platform that runs a whole organization on built-in apps and Atty, its AI agent across web, WhatsApp, and voice.

The challenge
Modern work was split across too many disconnected tools.
Modern work keeps getting split across documents, task boards, chat, calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs, files, and disconnected AI tools. Attain OS was built around a different premise: give every workflow one shared context.
The cost of the split isn't only the subscriptions. It's the re-typing between them, the reports that disagree, and the context a person has to reassemble by hand every time work moves from one tool to the next. It shows up in AI too: an assistant bolted onto one of those tools can only see that tool's slice, so it answers confidently about a fraction of the picture.
So the constraint came first. One data model, with every app reading and writing the same projects, people, and permissions. Everything else on this page — the agent, the automation, the bilingual delivery, the multi-tenancy — was built on top of that decision, and most of it was only affordable because of it.
Design decisions
Four decisions that shaped the platform.
Each of these was a choice with a cost attached. They're the same choices we'd walk you through for your own build, which is why they're worth naming.
1
One shared database, not nineteen integrations.
Nineteen apps could have been nineteen products with connectors between them. Instead, tasks, messages, calendar, documents, budgets, and customer records live in one data model — so there is nothing to synchronize and nothing to fall out of sync. No brittle webhooks, no nightly reconciliation job, no argument about which system is right.
— Where your systems can't share a database, the same thinking says: give them one shared context instead.
2
AI under supervision: the action sandbox.
Atty drafts emails, compiles budgets, and generates templates inside an isolated execution layer. Nothing it prepares reaches a customer, a ledger, or an inbox until a person reviews and approves it. The agent is trusted with real work because that boundary is explicit.
— That boundary is the first thing we design when we put an agent inside your software.
3
Bilingual from the first commit.
Every string in the platform exists in English and Spanish, including Atty's conversations and the transactional email it sends. The build fails if a Spanish string is missing. It's an uncomfortable rule that removes an entire category of we'll-do-it-later.
— Your build inherits the same rule, at no extra cost, whether or not you need the second language today.
4
One platform, many tenants.
A single codebase serves many organizations, each with its own data, roles, and boundaries. That forced permissions, isolation, and configurability to be foundations rather than features bolted on later under pressure.
— It's why a new build can start above the plumbing line instead of paying for it again.

Why this matters for your workflows
What this has to do with the software you run.
Everything on this page started as a problem that isn't unique to us: too many systems, work moving by hand between them, AI that didn't know anything real, and a team working in two languages. The patterns that solved it here are the ones we bring to the software you already run. Attain OS is not what we'd build for you. It's the proof of what we'd build for you.
Atty proves the agent pattern
One agent, four channels, live data, explicit permissions, and human approval on anything consequential. That's the same shape we put inside your existing application.
Intelligence added on top of artifacts that already existed, without moving or reformatting anything. That's how we modernize a system you can't afford to replace.
Screens, documents, transactional email, and the agent itself in English and Spanish from the first commit — the default on every build, including yours.
Usually. The patterns here — one shared data model, an agent with real context, explicit permissions, human approval — aren't tied to the tools underneath them. What we'd map first is where your data actually lives and what your users need in front of them, then pick the stack that fits, which is often the one you already run.
Do we get Attain OS, or something of our own?
Something of your own. Attain OS is our product, not a template we resell — what you get is your product, designed for your workflow and built with the same proven patterns and engineering standards. What carries over is knowing what works and what to avoid, not somebody else's software with your logo on it.
How would a build like this start?
With a mapping call and one workflow. We follow a real task end to end, cut the first release down to the version worth shipping, and get something you can click within weeks. Nobody starts by building nineteen apps — this one started with the work in front of it, and so would yours.
Is Attain OS available to use?
Yes — it's live at attainos.com, in production, and we operate it. If it fits what you need as it is, that's the fastest path by a distance. If your operation needs something it doesn't do, that's a build conversation, and this page is the evidence for how we'd approach it.
