Independent Sales Representative

The basics, up front

• Pay: commission only (no base pay, draw, advance or benefits). You earn only when a business you introduced pays AttainSoft, and only on what it actually pays.
• Status: independent contractor. This collaboration creates no employment relationship. You set your own hours and methods and use your own phone and computer.
• Where: fully remote. You work with your own network. No door-to-door, no call center, no office.
• What you sell: two product lines from AttainSoft LLC, a Texas software company. (1) The AttainSoft studio: interactive prototypes, private MVPs and custom production builds for businesses and founders. (2) Attain OS subscriptions: our AI-native workspace for small businesses, in beta.
• Cost to you: nothing. No fees and nothing to buy, ever. Single level: no commission for recruiting other sellers.

What the work looks like day to day

• Spot business owners and founders you know who need custom software, a prototype or an MVP, or a simpler way to run their business.
• Talk with them about what they need and whether an introduction makes sense.
• Studio: introduce the business to AttainSoft in writing, by an email to [email protected] with the business copied, or by having the business name you in its project form. You may join the first call. AttainSoft scopes, prices, signs and delivers.
• Attain OS: share your personal referral link (attainos.com/ref/CODE) so businesses sign up through it. For enterprise customers, bring the introduction and the AttainSoft team joins the demo.
• Follow up with the businesses you introduced and keep your contacts informed.
• Product briefings are available, and they are optional.

What AttainSoft sells (published prices)

• Interactive prototype: from $199, plus from $49/week while refining. After sign-off, a $49/month preservation fee keeps it online.
• Private MVP: from $1,999, plus from $299/week after the build.
• Production build: custom quote.
• Attain OS: plans from $10 to $100/month, $10 per seat.
• Our proof: Attain OS is our own product, live in production, in beta.

Commission: AttainSoft studio (first-year commission)

You earn a percentage of everything a client pays in its first 12 months: the build fee plus the weekly fees and, for a prototype after sign-off, the $49/month preservation fee within those 12 months.

Your rate, by paying clients you brought in over a rolling 12 months:

• 1–2 paying clients: 10%
• 3–5 paying clients: 15%
• 6 or more paying clients: 20%

• A new rate applies to all of your clients from that month on. Past payouts are not topped up.
• A client's 12 months start on the date of its first payment. A paying client is a business you introduced that has made at least one collected payment in the last 12 months.
• Credit: the first seller to introduce a business in writing gets the credit if that business first pays within 90 days of the introduction. A business that was already our client, or already talking with us, is not credited; we tell you within 10 business days. Introducing your own business is not credited.
• Paid monthly, on cash collected the month before. If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is deducted from your next payout.
• No activity rule: commission on each client ends after its first 12 months.
• If you leave, you keep earning on the clients already credited to you until each client's 12 months end, unless we end the terms because you seriously broke them.

Commission: Attain OS Seller Program (recurring)

You earn a percentage of every subscription payment a credited account makes, every month it stays paid.

Your rate, by active accounts (a new rate applies to all your accounts from the month you reach it):

• 1–5 active accounts: 15%
• 6–15 active accounts: 20%
• 16 or more active accounts: 25%

• Credit: once we approve you, you get a personal referral link (attainos.com/ref/CODE). It tags a visit for 90 days, and an account is credited to you when the business creates it through your link.
• 60-day window: if an account cancels or is refunded in its first 60 days, the commission paid on it is deducted from your next payouts. A later refund or chargeback is deducted too.
• If you bring no new paying account for 12 months, commission on your accounts stops from then on. A new paying account before then restarts the 12 months.
• Paid monthly, in US dollars, during the month after the payments are collected.
• If you leave, you keep earning on the accounts already credited to you for 12 more months, unless we end the terms because you seriously broke them.

Worked examples

Example, not a prediction of earnings. Built only from our published starting prices.

• Studio, private MVP: a client pays $1,999 plus $299/week for 8 weeks after the build, so $1,999 + 8 × $299 = $4,391 in its first 12 months. At 10% (1–2 paying clients), your commission is $439.10.
• Studio, prototype: $199 plus $49/week for 4 weeks of refinement = $395. At 10%, your commission is $39.50.
• Attain OS: one account on the $50/month Team plan. At 15% (1–5 active accounts), your commission is $7.50 for each month the account pays the full $50.

Real quotes depend on the features each client needs. The program is new, so we have no seller results to share yet.

Who this fits

• You already advise or serve business owners or founders: accountant, bookkeeper or tax preparer; consultant or coach; marketing or web freelancer; agency owner; IT services; insurance or real-estate agent; member of a chamber of commerce, BNI chapter or trade association.
• You can name business owners who need software or a better tool, and you would introduce them because it helps them.
• You are fluent in English, Spanish or both. Bilingual English/Spanish is welcome.
• You may already represent other products. That's fine, as long as they don't compete with ours.

Who this doesn't fit

• You need a steady paycheck now. You earn only when a business you introduced pays.
• Your plan is to buy lead lists and cold-call strangers. This work runs on people you know.
• You want to set prices or sign deals yourself. For the studio, AttainSoft quotes and signs.
• You want to build a team of sellers under you. There is no commission for recruiting.

Where you can live

• The United States, except California, Massachusetts and New York City. Puerto Rico counts as the United States.
• The Dominican Republic.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Other countries are not open yet. Mexico, Colombia and other countries in Latin America are planned for later; Cuba is not included.

Your duties as a seller (they are in the Seller Program Terms)

• Say that you earn a commission. When you recommend AttainSoft or Attain OS and the paid relationship isn't obvious, say so (the FTC's Endorsement Guides). For example: "I earn a commission if you become a client." In Spanish content, say it in Spanish.
• No spam or robocalls: no autodialed or prerecorded calls, no marketing texts without consent, follow do-not-call rules, and no bidding on the AttainSoft or Attain OS names in search ads.
• No promises: you don't quote prices, delivery dates or features, and you never sign anything for AttainSoft.
• Accountants: if you are a CPA, you must disclose the commission to the client in writing, and you can't take one for audit or review clients (AICPA rule 1.520).
• Taxes: you handle your own. Before your first payout, US persons (including US citizens living in the Dominican Republic) give us a W-9; everyone else gives a W-8BEN.

How to apply, and what happens next

1. Apply with the form below. A résumé isn't needed; the short questions matter more. If you choose the studio program or both, you accept the Seller Program Terms in the same form.
2. We read every application by hand. If it's a fit, we email you from an @attainsoft.co address to set up a video call with the founder.
3. If we both want to go ahead, we confirm by email that you are approved. The terms take effect that day, before your first introduction. No tax or bank details, please.

• You talk with the founder on a video call before any agreement.
• We write only from @attainsoft.co or @attainos.com addresses. We never make first contact on WhatsApp.
• No fees, ever. We never ask for passwords or for a payment of any kind. Tax forms come only after we approve you, before your first payout.
