You earn 10%, 15% or 20% of what each client pays in its first 12 months, as an independent contractor working on commission only, with no fees to join.

1. Apply and talk with the founder
Send the form below; in it, you accept the Seller Program Terms. If it's a fit, you meet the founder on a video call. The terms take effect when we confirm by email that you're approved, before your first introduction.
2. Introduce a business in writing
Email [email protected] with the business copied, or have the business name you in its project form. That written introduction is what credits the client to you.
3. AttainSoft scopes, prices, signs and delivers
We talk with the business, write the scope and the quote, sign the agreement and build the software. You may join the first call. You earn on what the client pays in its first 12 months.
Three rates, set by how many paying clients you bring.
Your rate depends on how many paying clients you brought in over the last 12 months, and it applies to all of your clients, not only the newest one.

When you reach a new rate, it applies to all of your clients from that month on. Payouts already made are not topped up.
A paying client is a business you introduced that has made at least one collected payment in the last 12 months. Each client's 12 months start on the date of its first payment and cover the build fee and the weekly fees; for a prototype after sign-off, they also cover the $49/month preservation fee.

Paid on cash collected
- You earn only on payments a client has actually made.
- Payouts are monthly: what is collected in one month is in the next month's payout.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission comes off your next payout.
Credit starts with a written introduction
- Introduce a business by email to [email protected] with the business copied, or have the business name you in its project form.
- The first seller to introduce a business gets the credit if that business first pays within 90 days of the introduction.
- A business that was already our client, or already talking with us, is not credited; we tell you within 10 business days of your introduction.
- Introducing your own business is not credited.
Independent and commission only
- You work as an independent contractor, commission only (no base pay, draw, advance or benefits).
- No fees and nothing to buy, ever.
- You set your own hours and methods, use your own phone and computer, and may represent other products that don't compete with ours. Product briefings are optional.
- You earn on the clients you introduce, never for recruiting other sellers.
- This collaboration creates no employment relationship.
Say that you earn a commission
- When you recommend AttainSoft or Attain OS and the paid relationship isn't obvious, say that you earn a commission (the FTC's Endorsement Guides).
- For example: “I earn a commission if you become a client.”
- In Spanish content, say it in Spanish: “Recibo una comisión si te conviertes en cliente.”
No spam or robocalls
- No autodialed or prerecorded calls.
- No marketing texts without consent.
- Follow do-not-call rules.
- No bidding on the AttainSoft or Attain OS names in search ads.
No promises on our behalf
- AttainSoft quotes prices, delivery dates and features; you don't.
- You never sign anything for AttainSoft.
- You are welcome to join the first call with the business.
Who can apply
Where the program is open
- The United States, except California, Massachusetts and New York City. Puerto Rico counts as the United States.
- The Dominican Republic.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Mexico, Colombia and other countries in Latin America are planned for later; Cuba is not included.
The Attain OS Seller Program
Attain OS, our AI-native workspace for small businesses, is in beta and has its own seller program: a recurring commission on Attain OS subscriptions, paid monthly under its own Seller Program Terms.

When do I get paid?
Monthly. You earn commission on payments a client has actually made, and what is collected in one month is paid in the following month's payout. If a payment is later refunded or charged back, its commission comes off your next payout.
What about taxes?
You handle your own taxes. Before your first payout we ask for one tax form: a W-9 if you are a US person (US citizens living in the Dominican Republic included), or a W-8BEN if you are not. Never send tax or bank details through the application form.
What counts as a paying client?
A business you introduced that has made at least one collected payment in the last 12 months. Paying clients set your rate: 1–2 for 10%, 3–5 for 15%, and 6 or more for 20%.
When do a client's 12 months start?
On the date of that client's first payment. You earn on everything it pays in those 12 months: the build fee, the weekly fees and, for a prototype after sign-off, the $49/month preservation fee.
Can I sell in Spanish?
Yes. AttainSoft works with clients in English and Spanish. When you recommend us in Spanish, make your commission disclosure in Spanish too.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There are no fees and nothing to buy, now or later.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Your part is the introduction: AttainSoft scopes, prices, signs and delivers. Product briefings are there if you want them, and they are optional.
Can I take part in both programs?
Yes. This studio program and the Attain OS Seller Program are separate, each with its own rates and terms. Choose “Both programs” in the form, and we pass the Attain OS part of your application to that program.
I'm an accountant. Can I take part?
Yes, within your professional rules (AICPA rule 1.520): if you are a CPA, disclose the commission to the client in writing, and don't take a commission for clients you audit or review.
