What we collect

• When you contact us or send a project brief: your name, email, and (if you give them) company and phone. Also your message or project brief, your preferred language, and the package, budget and timing you choose.
• When you apply to one of our seller programs: your name, email and (if you give it) phone or WhatsApp number; your preferred language; which program you are applying for (the studio seller program, the Attain OS Seller Program or both); where you live (country and, in the United States, your state); who you would introduce us to; your sales experience; how you heard about the program; your confirmation that the work is commission only; the version of the application notice you were shown; and, if you apply for the studio program or both, a record that you accepted the Seller Program Terms (which version, when, in which language, and a fingerprint of the exact text), kept with your application. If you apply through a job site, we also receive what you send there, such as your answers to its questions and, if you add one, your résumé. The application never asks for tax IDs or bank details. If we approve you as a seller, the tax form needed before your first payout is collected separately, under the Seller Program Terms.
• Where you came from: the campaign tags on the link you followed (utm source, medium, campaign and content) and the page you first landed on. If you allow analytics, we keep these for your browser session so a later inquiry can carry them.
• Limited technical information to prevent abuse of our forms.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow it, and only on our public marketing pages. It learns how you arrived only as a general source, such as a search engine, a social network or one of our campaign links, never the address of the page you came from. Advertising storage stays off unless you separately allow ad measurement. You can change your choice at any time with the site's analytics preference; turning analytics off also removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site.
• Ad measurement, only if you allow it, separately from analytics. If you allow it, the Google Ads tag loads on our public marketing pages so we can count that a Google ad led to a project inquiry you sent. It uses no personalised advertising and never receives your name, email or project details. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice not to allow ad measurement. Turning ad measurement off also removes the tag's cookies from this site.
• Your choices, in your browser. We store a few settings in your browser's storage: your analytics and ad-measurement choices, your light or dark theme, your language, whether you dismissed the install prompt or chose the desktop view, and, on our demo pages, the access codes you entered and which videos you have watched. These settings stay on your device.

Please don't send passwords, tax IDs, bank details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.

How we use it

• To review your request, reply, and manage follow-up.
• To review seller applications, reply and, if we approve you, confirm your participation under the Seller Program Terms.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us (only with analytics allowed).
• To keep our forms free of abuse.
• To send occasional AttainSoft updates, only if you opt in. You can withdraw that choice at any time by writing to [email protected].

Sending a form is not a purchase or a binding quote. Applying to a seller program is not an offer of employment; the Seller Program Terms take effect only if we approve you.

Who can see it

Authorized AttainSoft staff, and the providers that run the site for us: Google (Firebase hosting and cloud functions, and Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement when you allow them) and Cloudflare, which sends our email. We don't sell your personal information.

AttainSoft LLC runs both the studio seller program and the Attain OS Seller Program. If you apply for Attain OS, or for both, your application is shared within AttainSoft LLC's Attain OS program, which reviews it for that program. From then on, the Attain OS privacy policy also applies to it. If you apply through a job site, that site also handles what you send under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We delete inquiries that don't become customer projects 180 days after our last interaction with you, unless we have a specific, documented need to keep a record. Records of customer projects follow the terms agreed for that project.

We delete seller applications we don't approve, including those received through a job site, 180 days after our last interaction with you, on the same terms. Records of approved sellers, including the record that you accepted the Seller Program Terms and your tax forms, are kept for as long as the seller agreement lasts and for 7 years after it ends.

What you can ask us

Write to [email protected] to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your marketing consent. We will verify your request before we act, and we will reply within 30 days. If we must keep any record, or if a provider's backups limit what we can delete right away, we will tell you.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
